• Personal Use Only: Your RX Medo Card is exclusively yours! Please use it only for personal purposes. Any misuse or unauthorised use may unfortunately lead to membership cancellation.
• Co-Payments: Any applicable co-payments are to be settled directly with your healthcare provider during your visit — quick, transparent, and hassle-free.
• Partner Guidelines: We kindly request all members to honour the rules and guidelines of our healthcare partners — together, we can build a healthier and more respectful care environment for everyone.

• Exclusive Savings: As an RX Medo Card member, enjoy up to 30% off on a wide range of healthcare services including OPD consultations, diagnostics, medicines, and OTC items — making quality healthcare more affordable than ever.
• Discount Applicability: Please note that discounts are subject to availability and may not apply across all healthcare providers within our network. We recommend confirming discount eligibility with your chosen partner facility prior to availing services.
• Validity: Your membership discounts and offers are valid for 1 full year from the date of membership activation — giving you an entire year of meaningful savings on your healthcare needs.

Payment and Billing

• Membership Fees: A one-time membership fee is payable at the time of enrollment — giving you instant access to a full year of exclusive healthcare discounts and benefits with RX Medo Card.
• Additional Service Costs: Any charges beyond your membership benefits — such as consultation fees or treatment costs — are to be settled directly with your healthcare provider at the time of service.
• Refund Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable once activated. Exceptions may apply in specific cases as governed by applicable legal provisions — ensuring a fair and transparent billing experience for all members.

Limitation of Liability

• Third-Party Healthcare Services: While RX Medo Card is committed to partnering with only the most trusted healthcare providers, we are unable to assume liability for the quality, outcome, or results of services rendered by third-party healthcare partners — as these are governed by their own professional standards and practices.
• Third-Party Actions & Errors: RX Medical Trust shall not be held responsible for any actions, omissions, or errors committed by our third-party healthcare partners. We strongly encourage members to raise concerns directly with the respective provider for prompt resolution.
• Indirect or Incidental Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RX Medical Trust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our membership services or affiliated partner facilities.

Termination of Membership

• Cancellation by You: We respect your freedom of choice. You may cancel your RX Medo Card membership at any time by simply sending us an email at info@rxmedocard.com — no complicated procedures, no questions asked.
• Termination by Us: RX Medical Trust reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, or non-payment — to protect the integrity of our programme and ensure a fair experience for all members.
• Membership Expiration: Your RX Medo Card membership is valid for a full 1 year from the date of activation. Upon expiration, simply renew your membership to continue enjoying uninterrupted access to all your exclusive healthcare benefits.
