• Member: An individual who has purchased a valid 1-year RX MEDO CARD membership.

• Healthcare Partners: Our network of 500+ hospitals, pharmacies, and diagnostics centers.
• We/Us/Our: RX MEDO CARD and RX Medical Trust, Delhi, India.

2. Membership Eligibility and Enrollment

• Eligibility: Individuals 18+ or minors with parental consent.
• Enrollment: Join via our website or phone with full payment.
• Benefits: Up to 30% discounts on medical services and senior care in Delhi NCR.
• Non-Transferable: Membership is only for the registered individual and immediate family.

3. Use of Services

• Book appointments and order services via website or phone.
• Availability may vary by location and partner facility.
• Cashless treatment available at select partners.
• Senior care services are location-dependent.

4. Member Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and health information.
• Use the card only for personal purposes; misuse may result in cancellation.
• Pay applicable co-payments directly to providers.
• Follow our healthcare partners' rules and guidelines.

5. Discounts and Offers

• Up to 30% off on OPD, diagnostics, medicines, and OTC items.
• Discounts may not apply to all providers.
• Valid for 1 year from the date of membership activation.

6. Payment and Billing

• Membership fees are payable during enrollment.
• Additional service costs are to be paid to providers directly.
• Membership fees are non-refundable except in specific legal cases.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for the quality or results of third-party healthcare services.
• Not responsible for actions or errors of third-party partners.
• No liability for indirect or incidental damages.

8. Termination of Membership

• By You: Cancel anytime by emailing info@rxmedocard.com.
• By Us: We may terminate memberships due to misuse or non-payment.
• Expiration: Membership is valid for one year from activation.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Privacy
