RX MEDO CARD, an initiative of RX Medical Trust, values every customer and strives to provide a seamless healthcare experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are applicable for RX Medo Card purchases.
Refund Eligibility Period
Annual Plans / Lifetime Cards: Refund requests can be made within 30 days of purchase.
After this period, the plan becomes non‑refundable.
Non‑Refundable Conditions

Purchase made without reviewing plan details or benefits:
Refunds are not applicable if the customer buys a plan without carefully reviewing the features and benefits listed on our website. Customers are expected to make an informed decision before purchase.

Unauthorized or fraudulent payment:
Payments made through stolen cards, unauthorized transactions, or fraudulent activity cannot be refunded. In such cases, customers must contact their bank or payment provider directly.

Delay in receiving digital card or activation email:
Refund requests cannot be made solely on the basis of a delay in receiving the digital card or activation email.
If the payment is successful and our system has generated the card, but due to technical or email delivery issues you did not receive it within 2 hours, this does not qualify for a refund.
In such cases, please check your spam/junk folder or contact RX Medo Card Support to resend the activation details. Refunds are only applicable if the card itself fails to activate or function as intended.

Price differences due to region or currency exchange rates:
Variations in pricing caused by regional differences or currency conversion rates are not valid grounds for a refund.

Purchase made through third‑party platforms:
If the card is purchased via a reseller, distributor, or partner platform, RX Medo Card cannot process refunds directly. Customers must contact the respective third‑party vendor for refund requests.

Partial refund requests for bundled offers:
Refunds cannot be issued for individual components of bundled or combo offers. The bundle is treated as a single package.

Refund requests for “Special Offers” or renewals:
Promotional discounts, limited‑time offers, and subscription renewals are non‑refundable.
Refundable Conditions

Incorrect plan purchased:
Refunds are applicable if the customer has mistakenly purchased the wrong plan. However, the correct plan must be purchased first before requesting a refund for the incorrect one.

Duplicate purchase of the same plan:
If the same plan has been purchased more than once, a refund will be issued for the duplicate transaction.

Refund applicable only on first purchase:
Refunds are valid only for the initial purchase of any RX Medo Card plan. Renewals or extensions of existing subscriptions are non‑refundable.

Card fails to activate or perform intended functions:
If the RX Medo Card does not activate successfully or fails to deliver the promised benefits, a refund will be processed.

Discrepancy between demo/trial results and activated plan performance:
If the activated plan does not match the performance or features demonstrated in the demo/trial version, the customer is eligible for a refund.
Technical Support Requirement
Refunds will not be processed if the customer refuses to cooperate with RX Medo Card Support for troubleshooting, declines to provide necessary details, or does not apply the solutions provided by the support team.
System Requirements
Refunds cannot be claimed if the customer’s device or system does not meet the minimum requirements for accessing RX Medo Card services.
Processing Timeline
Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for purchase. Requests to change the refund mode will not be entertained.
Deactivation of Services
Once the refund is approved, the corresponding RX Medo Card or subscription will be deactivated, and you must discontinue its use.
Special Offers
Refunds are not applicable on promotional discounts, bundled offers, or special campaigns.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy to reflect service changes or legal updates. Revisions will be posted on our website.
