Cancellation & Refund Policy

RX MEDICAL TRUST believes in helping its customers as far as possible and follows a liberal cancellation policy.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within Not Applicable of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been processed or shipped by our vendors or merchants.

Cancellation for Perishable Goods

RX MEDICAL TRUST does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. Refund or replacement can be provided only if the customer proves that the product delivered was of poor quality.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team. The request will be considered only after verification by the merchant. Reports must be submitted within Not Applicable of receiving the product.

Product Not as Expected

If the product received is not as shown or does not meet your expectations, notify our Customer Service team within Not Applicable of delivery. After reviewing the issue, a suitable decision will be made.

Warranty-Based Products

For products having manufacturer warranty, customers should contact the manufacturer directly for any service or support.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by RX MEDICAL TRUST, it will take Not Applicable for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer.
